Mother of the Cosmos
Even so, the Mother of the Universe, or the manifested Cosmos, can be accepted as one of the Figures of the Holy Trinity. Indeed, there is no religion, except later ecclesiastical Christianity, in which the Feminine Element is not included among the Primates of Be-ness. Thus, the Gnostics also considered the Holy Ghost as a Feminine Element. In the most ancient Teachings, the manifested Trinity of Father, Mother, and Son was considered as an emanation of the Light, eternally hidden Cause; and the latter, in turn, as that of the Causeless Cause.
