People addressing themselves to someone at a distance impose a sense of burden upon the person if his spirit is sufficiently sensitive. You have noticed how the yogis often change their abodes and avoid pronouncing names. This results from a knowledge of the effect produced in space by names, when they are sent with some knowledge of the Teaching. (AY, 383)
